This Law firm and Mr. Mathew Lindsey FOUGHT for 8 plus years to win a malpractice lawsuit against Washington Regional of Fayetteville, Ar for the death of my mother. When the defence threatened a witness of ours, the case wase soon finished. The first successful malpractice lawsuit against Washington Regional of Fayetteville in a long time. Amazing experience. Once Monte Sharits took over my case, I no longer had to speak to the insurance company which had been a real headache for me. I immediately was able to get treatment through a trusted chiropractor which helped tremendously after my accident.
